It's been a bad experience for since 29th of May till now my refund not received to my bank account they have asked for many docs and I have provided what they asked . Super disappointed every time they give me the same excuse. lose your transparency and credibility. I am fed up. Suppose I don't receive my refund by tomorrow. I will start to escalate to the government agency and ask for the compensation I have right now. I have been informed that I have a serious obligation, and you don't care what people say !!!. So again, it's a bad experience with AZIMO. No use it again, and I will share my experience with my network.

azimo used to be a company i could trust to send money abroad quickly and safely not anymore now they want to know to many personal details they ask for proof of your identity such as drivers licence passport etc then they ask for which country you come from but the uk is not on the list so how are you supposed to enter where you come from this company has gone down hill fast and i do not want anymore to do with it i have been a loyal customer for many years and do not want to be treated in this way so i will look elsewhere to send my money abroad from now on

When im sending money for cash pick up the exchange rate is very low, not satisfied with exchange rate, for example today the real exchange rate is 56,96 but cash pick it become 50,63,too much cut ? that’s why I’m not interested to recommend Azimo

compare to other lowest rate .50 difference the charge fee is okay and if i send during weekend it takes more time for them to recieved.
